Updates on the injuries of Denver Nuggets’ key players, Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, are mixed ahead of their game against the San Antonio Spurs. Jokic has been dealing with left hip and right wrist issues, yet he continues to perform exceptionally, showcasing his dominance in recent games. Murray, on the other hand, has been sidelined due to right knee inflammation since March 21. While Jokic was initially listed as probable, he has been upgraded to available. However, Murray has been ruled out after being considered a game-time decision.

Jokic has maintained relatively good health throughout the season, missing only three games so far. He has been a consistent force on the court, nearly averaging a triple-double per game. On the other hand, Murray has played fewer games than the other starters, but his impact has been significant whenever he’s been on the court, contributing solidly in scoring and assists.

Jokic’s stellar performance has placed him in the MVP conversation once again, leading the Nuggets to a strong position in the Western Conference standings. Despite the uncertainty surrounding Murray’s availability, the Nuggets remain a formidable team heading into the playoffs, drawing on their championship experience. However, coach Mike Malone is likely to prioritize Murray’s full recovery over rushing him back onto the court.
