Tyler Wells and Cole Irvin, initially slated for relief roles, have temporarily stepped into starting positions. When Bradish and Means return, they are likely to transition back to the bullpen.

While Teheran has primarily been a starter throughout his career, he hasn’t solidified a starting role, particularly with a team like the Orioles, aiming for championship contention.
