Three-star running back Javin Gordon from the Class of 2025 has committed to Duke, adding a top talent to their football program. Despite joining the recruitment late, Duke quickly secured Gordon’s commitment following his official visit this past weekend. The 5’10”, 200-pound back from Stephens County High School in Northeast Georgia received his scholarship offer from Duke on May 18, visited on May 30, and committed on June 2.
Gordon had offers from over 25 programs, including several Power Four schools such as Georgia Tech, Indiana, Northwestern, Wake Forest, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Although he had planned visits to Georgia Tech and Wisconsin, Gordon informed TheDevilsDen.com that he intends to cancel those trips and end his recruitment process.
