With the NFL free agency period looming, the speculation surrounding Fields’ future has intensified. The ongoing debate within the Bears organization over whether to retain Fields or draft Caleb Williams with the No. 1 pick has fueled trade rumors surrounding the young quarterback. According to Tyler Dragon of USA Today, the Falcons, Steelers, and Raiders have all shown varying degrees of interest in acquiring Fields.

New Falcons head coach Raheem Morris responded humorously to inquiries about the team’s quarterback situation, while Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce hinted at a potential quarterback competition in Las Vegas. Additionally, with Jimmy Garoppolo likely to be released following a suspension, the Raiders are exploring their options to bolster their roster.

Although the NFL Draft is still months away, the possibility of Fields being traded has garnered significant attention, with several teams expected to vie for the former Ohio State standout if he becomes available.
