Minkah Fitzpatrick has provided an optimistic update on his injury status, revealing that he intends to participate in the Steelers’ wild card game against the Bills on Sunday.
The standout safety, who has been sidelined for the last three games due to a knee injury sustained on December 16 against the Colts, expressed confidence that he could have played in the Week 18 matchup against Baltimore. However, the team chose to exercise caution and kept him out to ensure his complete recovery. Pittsburgh’s Wednesday injury report listed Fitzpatrick as a full participant. Despite missing seven games in the 2023 season due to injuries, he concluded the season with 64 total tackles and three passes defensed.
