The NFL unveiled its 2025 season schedule on Wednesday, and teams once again got creative with their announcements on social media. From Minecraft themes to action figures, the creativity was on full display — but the Arizona Cardinals may have topped them all.

Former Alabama linebacker Mack Wilson Sr., now with the Cardinals, headlined their schedule reveal by writing and performing an original rap song titled “18 Bars,” symbolizing the 18 weeks of the regular season. Performing under the name “Rocketship,” Wilson showcased his lyrical skills in a music video tied to the announcement.

Wilson joined Arizona in March 2024 on a three-year contract after two seasons with the Patriots. The 27-year-old had a standout 2023 season with 75 tackles — his highest since his rookie year in 2019 — along with seven QB hits, five pass breakups, four tackles for loss, three sacks, and one fumble recovery.

Arizona Cardinals linebacker Mack Wilson Sr. (2) celebrates his sack against the Detroit Lions at State Farm Stadium Football in Glendale on Sept. 22, 2024.
