Former Rangers winger Vaclav Cerny has reportedly given the go-ahead to join Turkish giants Besiktas.
The 27-year-old enjoyed an impressive loan spell at Ibrox last season, netting 18 goals and providing nine assists in 52 appearances, but his switch from Wolfsburg was never made permanent. He returned to the Bundesliga club this summer.
According to Fanatik, Cerny has now agreed to the move, with Wolfsburg demanding €8 million for the Czech Republic international. The transfer fee remains the only hurdle, as Besiktas continue negotiations.

If the deal is finalised, Cerny will link up with Manchester United legend Ole Gunnar Solskjær, who recently took charge of the Turkish side. He could also come up against Fenerbahce the team he scored against in the Europa League while playing for Rangers last season.
