Tottenham Hotspur forward Mikey Moore is being linked with a loan move to Rangers, and manager Thomas Frank has confirmed he’s open to the idea to aid the youngster’s development.

Despite interest from clubs in the English Championship, Rangers are currently leading the race to sign the 17-year-old, who is said to be eager for a move to Scotland.

Speaking during Tottenham’s pre-season tour in Hong Kong, Frank acknowledged Moore’s potential and the importance of regular playing time at this stage of his career.

“Mikey is a big talent,” Frank said. “I’m really excited about his future at Tottenham.”

He went on to highlight the value of competitive experience for young players, saying:

“It’s vital for young players to get consistent first-team football. If we can find the right opportunity, we’ll make it happen.”

The decision now hinges on finding the best fit for Moore’s continued development.
