Confirmed: Rangers Assistant Coach Departs as Russell Martin Begins Backroom Overhaul

Issam Charai has officially left Rangers by mutual agreement, as new head coach Russell Martin begins assembling his own coaching staff at Ibrox.

However, with Martin now at the helm, it has been decided that Charai will step aside as the former Southampton boss prepares to introduce his own backroom team.
