According to Sky, AC Milan are preparing a new €25 million offer to sign Valencia midfielder Javi Guerra, as they look to strengthen their midfield following Tijjani Reijnders’ move to Manchester City. This follows a similar reshuffling that occurred after Sandro Tonali’s exit last year.
Milan’s initial offer of €16 million plus €4 million in bonuses was turned down by Valencia, who reportedly want a total of around €25 million for the 22-year-old, currently representing Spain in the U21 Euros and recently performing well against Italy.
At the same time, Yacine Adli could be on his way out. After a solid loan spell at Fiorentina, where he scored five goals and provided seven assists in 35 games, the French midfielder has returned to Milan but hasn’t been retained permanently by Fiorentina. Signed from Bordeaux in 2021 for €9 million, Adli is now drawing interest from clubs in Qatar.
